Role: Product Manager - Alliance and Escrow

Location: Mumbai

Requirements:

- Should be at least a Post Graduate with about 7 years relevant experience across spheres in capital markets.

- Experience dealing with escrow products

- Should have impeccable communication skills

- Cross functional knowledge of regulations & guidelines.

- Good networking skills

- Organizational Discipline.

- Strong Communication skills

- The product manager should have detailed knowledge pertaining to all the legal, regulatory, and operational aspects of the above ,with an emphasis on M&A activities and escrows.

Responsibilities:

- Detailed knowledge of the working and the requirements of the various investor classes as mentioned above.

- Building integrated service offerings which involve stitching up collaborative partnerships across organizations

- Understanding of banking requirements in M&A transactions, take overs and other usage of escrow products.

- Implementation of changes in existing product lines due to amendments in business offerings, simplification of offerings, new offerings, etc.

- Deep market network among securities services providers and merchant banks.

- Involvement in technology initiatives and offerings enhancements and initiatives. Involvement in high level process changes from the perspective of regulatory aspects, legal aspects, client impact.

- Detailed knowledge of various other regulations that are directly or indirectly applicable to the service offerings described above

- Manage new client requirement and implement and define process with coordination and support from operations teams

- Market interface and knowledge of industry practices
