Product Manager - Air Conditioners & Ducting System

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :-

Responsible for complete Product Cycle

New Product Launch and Preparing Strategies

Responsible for developing various loyalty programs .

Responsible for developing engagement programs for Architects / Interior designers

Design Training programs for Architects / Interior designers.

Track loyalty scores of Channel Partners through research in trade.

Keep track on competitive activity of influencer and submit regular MIS.

Organize product / scheme launch meets.

Design on-the-ground market/geography specific strategies to generate demand.

Interact with Channel Partner & End customer to understand product needs / product perception / loyalty requirement / dissatisfaction across markets .

Candidate Requirement :-

Candidate having a strong product management role only apply

Should be from either Building Material / Paint / Interior Decorative Product Line / Lighting / Furniture / Glass

Should be a Engineer + MBA from a Tier 1 / Tier 2, B-school
