Product Manager - AI Consumer Interaction Products/Services
Work Experience:
- With a minimum of 3 years' experience in Product Management, preferably in medical device, healthcare, pharma, digital consumer interaction, or AI industries, you bring valuable expertise to the table.
- Experience in CRM systems implementation, AI product development, and project management showcases your ability to drive business growth and navigate complex stakeholder environments.
Specific Knowledge:- Your background in clinic administration, patient attraction, digital marketing methodologies, and product/service launch within regulated industries adds depth to your skill set.
- Strong organizational skills, stakeholder management abilities, and a results- oriented mindset position you as an influencer capable of driving alignment across the organization.
Main Tasks:- Your primary responsibilities include owning the Company B2B2C AI product roadmap, conducting in- depth customer research to understand needs, collaborating cross- functionally to streamline communication, creating high- quality content, and managing documentation according to regulatory processes.
- Leading the product launch process and defining the business model for AI consumer interaction products/services are also key components of your role.
- Continuously evaluating and measuring KPIs to drive product improvement rounds off your responsibilities.
