Position Overview: Product Manager We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Product Manager to join our dynamic team at Tap Health. In this role, you will drive the development, enhancement, and monetization of Tap Health's AI-driven platform. You'll play a crucial part in ensuring our products meet user needs and support our mission of transforming healthcare access through cutting-edge technology. Responsibilities: - Lead the product development lifecycle, from ideation to launch, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality features and enhancements. - Collaborate closely with engineering, design, AI, marketing, and operations teams to define product requirements and prioritize features. - Conduct thorough market research and analysis to understand user needs, industry trends, and competitive insights, particularly within health tech. - Define and track key performance metrics to measure the success of product initiatives, using data to drive continuous improvement. - Gather feedback from users, stakeholders, and business teams to iterate on product features, ensuring alignment with business goals and user satisfaction. - Stay up to date with industry developments, emerging technologies (particularly AI and healthcare), and regulatory requirements to inform product strategy and roadmap. - Act as a product evangelist, clearly communicating product vision, strategy, and updates to internal teams, customers, and partners. - Drive product innovation, particularly in expanding AI-driven features like personalized digital therapeutics and hyper-localized healthcare solutions.
