Job Description - You will own end to end product management of complete product with Guidance and you will be doing User Research as a Product Manager.

Currently we are connecting 2 lakh+ farmers of eastern India (Bihar, UP and Odisha) directly to 200+agri businesses like agri-input companies, institutional buyers and financial institutions. We are a funded startup (Prosus, Sequoia, Omnivore, AgFunder) growing 3-4x annually; hoping to work with 5 Mn farmers by 2024. We have been awarded a number of times (NASSCOM, Forbes, ET, Niti Aayog) because of the impact we create at grass root level.

Description

Core Responsibilities

- You will own end to end product management of complete product with Guidance

- You will be doing User Research

- You will participate in Customer feedback sessions

- You will be responsible for PRD/Story writing

- You will be responsible for Metric definition, monitoring & measurement

- You will be delivering capabilities addressing business needs

- You will be doing Stakeholder communication

- You are expected to be hands on execution of roadmap and active roadmap management (prioritisation)

- Learn the business domain by partnering with business stakeholders & senior PMs

- You will own solutioning for the product

- You will actively participate in brainstorming conversations with Senior PMs

- You will Be the Go-to person for cross functional partners for queries on product

Profile

Basic Qualifications

- Experience coordinating complex product development cycles and software development schedules

- Experience with developer / designers

- Experience with end to end product delivery

- Experience overseeing roadmap strategy and definition

- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product

- Bachelor's degree or higher or appropriate work experience

- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with demonstrated experience engaging and influencing senior leaders and user communities alike

- Good analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to use data and metrics to back up assumptions, recommendations and drive actions

- Ability to learn new technologies quickly

- Intense customer focus
