Product Manager - Agriculture Tech

We're Hiring a Product Manager!

Key Responsibilities:

- Define the product roadmap and align with business goals.

- Conduct competitor analysis to shape strategy.

- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners.

- Lead cross-functional teams for high-quality product releases.

- Use data to make informed product decisions.

- Innovate and improve processes for better user experience.

What we're looking for:

- 4-7 years of experience, with at least 3-4 years in product management.

- Strong ownership, adaptability, and problem-solving skills.

- Experience in fast-paced, startup-like environments.

- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

- Bonus: Industry knowledge in agriculture or manufacturing.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's in Engineering (Computer Science preferred).

- MBA is a plus.
