Product Portfolio Management - Pricing & Profitability
- Mapping of existing markets and segments, development of market specific product baskets, literature, etc.
- Monitoring competition, future trends and devising strategies to counter threats or to capitalize on market changes
- Coordinate with R&D team to develop new products
- New Product development through Vendor development & sourcing from Affiliate/Non Affiliate sources.
- Build strategy for the product which will involve decisions such as - where to invest.
- Perform market research to develop business. Analysis of data, putting up proposition to develop business in front of business heads is required.
- Overview of production, launching, price benchmarking.
- Post launch activities such as survey for feedback, product lifecycle management, pricing, positioning etc.
