Product Manager - Acquiring and Cards - Banking

- The Acquiring and Cards department focuses on the Cards and merchant acquiring business of the bank.

- The Bank offers a wide range of cards designed for the customers' specific needs along with offering POS services under the Acquiring business vertical within the cards team. The department is also responsible for driving growth in the UPI payments space.

- The Credit Cards Portfolio Manager is responsible for developing and initiating portfolio management strategy to drive increase in billings, ANR and revenue across all card products.

- The Portfolio Manager is also responsible for managing the customer life cycle and for driving profitability of the portfolio of the retail credit card portfolio

Key Responsibilities -

- Responsible for driving spends and activity on the retail credit card portfolio that meets the overall credit cards business objectives.

- Develop and initiate portfolio management strategy to drive increase in billings, ANR and revenue across all card products.

- Conduct regular portfolio performance analysis across the Retail Credit Card Portfolio to identify profitable products and segments.

- Identify untapped growth segments and develop targeted offerings to increase level of engagement across all Card products.

- Conduct regular competitor analysis, identify and implement new products and services to drive interest and fee revenues.
