Job Purpose & Scope :
- Capture market requirements and defining the product strategy and roadmap to suit customer and market needs,working with in house development resources
- Lead Product Life Cycle Management, Product Planning and Product Marketing for the managed products
- Co-operate with the sales teams and customers to understand product deliverables and translate these
requirements into product deliverables
- Ensure that the product is fully supported by professional documentation (White Papers & Product Descriptions) suitable for pre sales and after sales presentation to customers;
- Facilitate cross-functional co-operation between the sales team, R&D and Operations;
- Champion the product and ensure its success in the market place;
- Keep pace with market trends and adapting the product life cycle to suit;
- Participate in sales activities and product demo’s at customer locations
