Product Manager
Requirements:
- 3-5 years post-MBA experience in Investment Banking, Private Equity, Management Consulting
- Prior background in Computer science is mandatory
- Understanding and past experience with product management principles across product design, product analytics, user experience is strongly preferred
- Basic understanding of AI/ML/Data science is preferred
- Strong problem-solving skills and execution mindset is critical
- Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
Responsibilities:
- Product roadmap development: Expand the current product based on customer feedback, our strategic vision, and technological feasibility.
- User engagement: Enhance user-centric product design through comprehensive research and analysis of customer behaviors and needs. Engage in detailed discussions with both current and potential customers to derive actionable insights.
- Product design collaboration: Collaborate with product designers on creating wireframes, mockups, and iterative improvements based on user feedback.
- Sales participation: Drive product and technological discussions during sales meetings, assist in developing collateral, and coordinate with various teams to meet product demands.
- Performance metrics: Establish and monitor key product KPIs, pursue continuous improvement based on these metrics to enhance platform performance.
- Cross-functional teamwork: Work alongside engineers, AI researchers, data scientists, and designers to deliver scalable product solutions.
- Product vision: Work closely with founders to align the product roadmap with overarching strategic goals and communicate progress to stakeholders effectively.
- Gen-AI leadership and benchmarking: Aspire to become a thought leader in Gen-AI, continually monitor industry developments, and assess their impact on our products and strategies.
