Requirements:

- Minimum of 1 Year of experience in Product Management with a major focus on operations.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

- Basic understanding of product lifecycle and development processes.

- Ability to gather and analyze market and customer data.

- Experience in Logistics and supply chain domain is preferred.

- Should have the fluency to talk in Tamil.

Responsibilities:

- Assist in developing and executing product strategies and roadmaps aligned with company goals and market needs.

- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and gather customer feedback to inform product development and enhancements.

- Work closely with engineering team to ensure seamless product development and launch.

- Gather and prioritize product and customer requirements, translating them into detailed specifications and user stories.

- Manage product development projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality by coordinating with various teams.

- Support go-to-market strategies, including product launches, marketing campaigns, and sales enablement activities.

- Monitor and analyze product performance metrics, user feedback and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement.
