- Collaborate with engineering on quality and design.

- 3-8 years in product development, focusing on successful MVPs in e-commerce, payments, and lending.

- Experience in FinTech, Banking, or digital lending (LOS, LMS, Collections).

- Engage in engineering discussions and influence direction.

- Own product roadmap and deliver features in an agile environment.

- Lead FinTech partnerships and integrations.

- BSc/MSc in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
