- Own and drive product roadmap for given domain to meet business goals, and achieve key performance indicators

- Communicate effectively to build consensus and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
- Capture and maintain a prioritized backlog (define user stories and acceptance criteria, and groom stories with engineers)
- Define and track measurable metrics to inform the success of features
- Analyze quantitative and qualitative customer feedback, and funnel metrics to inform product strategy and pipeline development
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS :
- 1-7 years of experience building digital products in a fast-paced, agile product development environment (consumer banking experience desired)
- Experienced in translating application program interface (API) spec documents into technical feature requirements
- Self-motivated and proactive team player who takes ownership of and accountability for projects
- Possesses the ability to break down complex issues into simple business terms to a wide array of internal stakeholders
- Highly organized with an ability to effectively manage competing priorities
- Desires working in a fast-paced environment, consistently adhering to strict deadlines and evolving priorities
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, JIRA and Confluence
- Bachelors/Undergraduate Degree
