As a Senior Growth Manager at Lio, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our marketing strategy and driving revenue growth, you will be part of the core revenue team at Lio, working closely with founders in formulating various strategies and running multiple experiments across geographies.
You'll be responsible for:
- Develop and execute SLG strategies aligned with overall business goals.
- Identify target markets and segments, creating tailored campaigns to attract key decision-makers.
- Collaborate with sales teams to ensure marketing efforts align with lead generation objectives.
- Work closely with the content team to develop compelling content that resonates with target audiences.
- Develop content for SLG and PLG initiatives, including blog posts, case studies, and interactive content.
- Implement A/B testing and other optimization techniques to enhance user conversion rates.
- Own the marketing funnel, track and analyse key performance metrics, identify areas of improvement and optimise them.
- Collaborate with product, sales, and customer success teams to ensure alignment in messaging and strategy.
What We're Looking For:
- 4-5 years of proven marketing experience: You have a successful track record of exceeding targets in a competitive SaaS or product environment, ideally with experience in both international and Indian markets. Experience with the US market is a plus.
- Deep understanding of the B2B landscape: You possess a strong understanding of customer needs and pain points in the CRM, project management, and business productivity space.
- A strong understanding of the no-code platforms is an added advantage.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving: You can analyse market trends, identify opportunities, and develop effective sales strategies.
- Strong work ethic and self-motivation: You're a driven individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes ownership of your results.
