Product Lead - Retail Finance

Urgent hiring for Lead Product-Retail Finance

Key Responsibilities :

- Analyzing proposed product & market requirements to recommend the nature and scope of present and future product lines; appraising new product ideas and/or product changes along with Product Head/manager

- Developing & implementing Sales Forecasting Framework to forecast sales and operating performance; set annual targets on Key Performance Indicators along with BH and Product Manager

- Working with Business / Sales manager to create and review quarterly forecasts; including reporting & analysis to explain changes against projected market share

- Providing data for product line communications by defining product marketing communication objectives

- Analyzing, investigating and explaining key movements and trends in customer expectations, product pricing, market share by working with salesforce & evaluating sales call results.

- Develop and continually improve existing products, sales projections, and management reports.

- Managing operational aspects by scheduling and assigning employees; also includes counseling and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring
