Product Lead New Business Initiatives and Platform Capabilities

1. Responsible for achieving business outcomes through new business initiatives supported by new product/platform deployments. Must be able to align product initiatives to end business goals.

2. Manage all aspects of product management to bring winning products & capabilities to market faster. Able to visualize consumer journeys, use cases and document product requirement and experience.

3. Define and own new capability development, roadmap and backlog end to end for capabilities related to channel partners and end customers (of mobility, JioFiber, devices).

4. Work with Jio UX Design team to create user interfaces and experience designs and seek internal approvals.

5. Collaborate with IT/technology teams, Customer Experience, Delivery team, Quality Assurance and Platform Operations to drive decision making and take new capability to market fast.

6. Act as an ambassador for the product & experience internally/externally, manage cross functional stakeholders and act as the primary contact for queries related to the product & related issues.

7. Identify risks and opportunities for each capability or new initiative and develop effective risk mitigation plan with corrective actions.

8. Analyse product usage/user interaction data points to make product improvement decisions and adjustments.

Skills & Competencies:

1. MUST HAVE PAST EXPERIENCE IN TELECOM SECTOR OR DIGITAL APP / ONLINE COMPANIES

2. Ability to think independently and come up with solutions to business problems

3. Product management and new product development process

4. Cross functional team and Stakeholder management

5. Excellent business analytics, document writing (PRDs and presentations) and presentation skills.
