- Identify opportunities in the market, along with SME sales and analytics team, to target SMEs, industries and sectors and sell suitable product offerings for them
- Review product data to ensure field force is kept up to date on new developments regarding our competitor products
- Report to top management about the product and its performance on a time to time basis
- Identify the impact on P&L and take corrective measures by engaging different stakeholders
- Liaison with the IT team to ensure that the products are ready to be launched and readily available for field forces and customers
- Build brand image and visibility among internal as well as external customers
- Articulate business case (including ROI) and future roadmaps for SME products and ensure a smooth roll out of products/enhancements
- Discuss existing product proposition with all relevant internal and external stakeholders to ensure compliance with risk, legal and other requirements
- Conduct branch visits and limited customer meetings to understand growth drivers for SME business
- Support development and maintenance of a framework to measure and monitor product portfolio performance
