Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for drafting robust policy framework & processes, proactive in identification of new policy changes, process improvements, efficiency improvement by analyzing existing internal Process.
- Should have excellent Market intelligence, responsible for providing inputs and feedback for process improvement.
- Exploring new channels/ partner relationship for business acquisition, to facilitate business team achieve monthly/annual business targets and facilitating Team in Case structuring and Memo Approvals
- Responsible for creating robust incentive structure & contests for sales team
- Monitor productivity and efficiency of Sales team
- Provide management with comprehensive information about sales, costs, risks, profitability, cost of acquisition & portfolio Quality
- Designing training programs on ongoing basis to update product and program changes to Sales Team
- Responsible for Designing campaigns for incremental monthly disbursements through various activities like Business Events, Contests, Project etc.
- Responsible for timely preparation of various business MIS
