Key Responsibilities:
1. Product Strategy & Vision :
- Develop and articulate the product vision and strategy for both IVR systems and chatbots.
- Identify market opportunities, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform product roadmaps.
- Align product strategies with overall business objectives and goals.
2. Team Leadership:
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of product managers.
- Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment.
- Provide guidance and support to ensure successful product delivery.
3. Product Development:
- Oversee the entire product lifecycle from concept to launch and beyond.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, and sales.
- Ensure timely delivery of high-quality products that meet user needs and business objectives.
4. Stakeholder Management:
- Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders regarding product updates, issues, and improvements.
- Communicate product vision, strategy, and status to senior leadership and other key stakeholders.
- Gather and incorporate feedback from customers, partners, and internal teams.
5. Market & User Research:
- Conduct market research and user interviews to gather insights and validate product ideas.
- Analyze data to make informed decisions and identify areas for product improvement.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in IVR and chatbot technologies.
6. Performance & Optimization:
- Define and track key performance metrics for product success.
- Continuously analyze product performance and user feedback to identify areas for enhancement.
- Implement improvements and optimizations to drive product growth and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- Proven experience as a Product Lead or team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Understanding of the technology and trends in IVR and chatbot systems.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Overall experience of more than 10 years with 7+ years in product management. Must have a focus on customer service related products (preferable) or experience on enhancing customer experiences
- Understanding of SaaS, PaaS and cloud based products.
