Product Lead - Internet/Online

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Conceptualise new business initiatives by working with business stakeholders and create business impact through effective planning, business analysis and operational data metrics, and by driving execution with operations and technology team.

- Lead market, user research; develop strategy, product roadmap and design of products and product features to deliver against team and company goals.

- Strong understanding of marketplace dynamics, payments, operational processes and algorithmically matching demand and supply.

- Define success metrics and reporting needs to monitor adoption.

- Build and lead the team to deliver on the products and services.

- Analyse data to understand consumer behaviour and use the insights to continuously improve the product offering.

- Be the internal and external evangelist for customer experience

Required Skill Sets :

- PG/ MBA from Tier1 or Tier2 institutes.

- 4+ years of successful experience in product management post MBA.

- 2+ years of software development experience preferable.

- Experience in building and managing consumer facing and scalable systems.

- Experience in launching new concepts or start- ups is a plus.

- Strong passion for data driver decision making.

- Extremely high focus on analytics.
