Our Client is a fast growing start-up with the mission to facilitate the transformation of internet platforms into Fin-Techs. The company's platform enables consumer internet platforms to offer innovative financial products that are competitive and friction-less. By doing so, these platforms can boost user engagement, revenue, and profitability while enhancing user loyalty.

Description:

- Continuously engage with community to get feedback on the product features, understands and triage customer issues and provide updates on product road-map

- Anticipate risks; engineering assess and escalate accordingly.

- Help with organising and presenting program reviews/status to, business, and senior management.

- Defining and implementing the marketing strategy including social media marketing plans and other marketing initiatives for the product/ service line(s).

- Managing all collaterals for the product/ service line(s).

- Working with business development team for proposals/ presentation to clients as required

- Ensuring smooth operations for the product/ service line(s)

- Develops new software product concepts, designs and enhancements to existing product design that reflect market and user requirements

- Manage the budget expenditure and allocation across teams and projects

- Propose new operational plans, including targeted budgets, work allocations and staff forecasts

- Monitor and track the team's achievements and key performance indicators

- Develop learning road-maps to support the professional development of the team

Profile:

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Product Development within, with a focus on collaborating with Technology and other cross-functional and leadership stakeholders to create, release, and enhance products.

Education:

- Pedigree Education. Should come from a tech background.

- Must have insurance experience + product building experience

- Proven success in building and launching a platform end-to-end

- High effectiveness in managing cross-functional teams.
