Lead, GTM Strategy - Products
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a technical, quantitative, or business field, or equivalent experience.
- 4 years of experience in management consulting, investment banking/private equity/venture capital, corporate strategy, PnL ownership of growth stage business units, or equivalent experience in a technology company.
- Experience with stakeholder management and influencing leadership decisions.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills and excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to work and partner across multiple functions in an organization.
Preferred qualifications:
- MBA or Master's degree.
- Experience in operating model strategy to execution in a technology business.
- Experience building and leading operational and strategic initiatives, running multiple projects or work-streams simultaneously.
- Experience collaborating with product, sales, marketing and operations teams to define cross-functional plans for sequencing tasks and meeting objectives.
- Solid communication skills, including the ability to take complex, ambitious topics and create compelling narratives for different audiences. '
- Basic proficiency at SQL
As the 'Lead, GTM Strategy - Products', you will be prospecting the viability of new products and services, and scaling existing products across markets, customer segments and use cases. Key responsibilities include:
- Collaborate with regional business units, functional teams and the product team to identify new product and feature development opportunities.
- Evaluate and prioritize the pursuit of various new products and services based on strategic objectives, competitive factors, business impact and investment efficacy.
- Understand competitive landscape and addressable market which will influence business decisions and strategy
- Build the business case for such initiatives and drive leadership alignment on the merits.
- Where required, execute pilots leveraging operations and/or automation driven MVPs to achieve proof of concept, before engaging tech teams for further development.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to roadmap the launch and scaling of new products/services.
- Drive execution on the roadmap, aligning leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Partner with Sales, Strategy & Finance leadership to drive strategic and financial planning processes (e.g., Monthly Reviews, Forecasts, Annual Budget, and Long Range Plan). Build and own financial forecast models, including scenario and in-depth ad hoc analyses.
