Product Lead/Director - FinTech - IIM/ISB/MDI/FMS

Fintech (Series A), We are building a next generation, mobile-first, digital credit platform that enables banks & NBFCs to offer instant, point-of-sale - cardless- credit to consumers at merchant checkout, thereby enabling them to buy their product of choice with instant EMI financing.

Our platform is already live with over 5 M+ users across 3 banks that can transact at over 700 merchants. We are looking for smart, passionate, humble product leaders with an independent mindset to join our team and help build out a product that we expect to define the future of consumer credit.

What we look for : 

- Passion for building great products

- Deep understanding and empathy with customer problems and requirements

- Ability to understand business and market dynamics as it relates to product roadmap and strategy

- 5+ years of experience designing, building, shipping and extending internet products at high impact and scale (B2B and B2C ideally)

- 4+ years in leading and managing product team of at least 4+ product managers

- Ability to attract, evaluate and build a world class product team

- Ability to work effectively with engg, ops, business, marketing and C-level

- Ability to work effectively with external partners (banks, merchants, aggregators)

- Technical depth to partner effectively with engg team

- Ability to understand and translate product and business requirements into a feature and release roadmap

- Effective critical thinking, communication and collaboration skills

What you will do : 

- Work with the CEO and senior management to define the strategic product roadmap, tactical execution plan and quarterly roadmap

- Own the product specifications, prioritization and continuous optimization (live ops)

- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to plan, prioritize, deliver products and extend the product roadmap with the business

- Hire, mentor and retain great product managers to build a world class product organization

- Product Design, User Empathy, Ability to Determine and Articulate Feature Tradeoffs, Ability to Attract and Develop Product Management Talent, Effective Communication & Collaboration Skills, Team Leadership Skills, Partner Management

- Experience with Payments, Lending products is a bonus
