Product Lead - Digital Platform

Client is looking for a visionary and experienced Head of Product to spearhead the development and optimization of our their holistic digital platform. This pivotal role requires a hands-on approach to product management, blending technical expertise with a deep understanding of user experience to shape innovative digital solutions that meet the needs of both clients and clinicians.

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

1. Product Strategy & Vision:

- Define and execute the product roadmap aligned with the client's mission to deliver comprehensive solutions.

- Conduct in-depth market research to identify emerging trends, user needs, and competitive opportunities.

2. App & Website Development:

- Oversee the end-to-end development lifecycle for the mobile app and website, ensuring an intuitive and seamless user experience.

- Partner with UX/UI teams to design interfaces that drive user engagement and satisfaction.

3. Cross-Functional Collaboration:

- Lead multidisciplinary teams including engineering, design, marketing, and clinical staff to deliver high-quality products on schedule.

- Cultivate a collaborative culture that promotes innovation and effective problem-solving.

4. Technical Leadership:

- Provide guidance on technology stacks and architecture to ensure robust, scalable, and efficient product solutions.

- Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to enhance product offerings.

5. Performance Optimization:

- Define and track key performance metrics to evaluate product success and user satisfaction.

- Gather and act on feedback from users and stakeholders to continuously refine the product.

Qualifications:

Education: Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; an MBA focused on Product/Tech is a plus.

Experience: At least 10 years in product management, with a strong background in app and website development.

Skills:
