The Product Lead / Manager / Director - CX-Digital Payment, will leverage a consultative and solutions-based product engineering / engineering / development and delivery experience to lead the engineering / development of new product features, while deepening company relationships with existing platform features and integrations. Importantly, you will embody company's Values, leading a high-performing team with empathy while driving transformation and performance.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and inspire a mid/large organization of high- caliber product engineering / development specialists, with expertise in global digital payments.

- Develop the long-term vision and strategy for innovating and integrating the product features team, delivery and support operations accordingly.

- Embed operational excellence in the product engineering / development process, including the relevant use of KPIs, metrics, materials, etc.

- Act as an internal advocate for the further engineering / development of digital payment capabilities, working with product leaders and teams, client relationship teams and digital teams to create and execute product strategy.

- Coach, mentor and guide the team in developing and enhancing product roadmap.

- Effectively work cross-functionally to shape company's product roadmap to meet client needs.

- Inspire, motivate and develop individual team members, enhancing the capacity of the team.

- Ensure the product organization has a strong organizational vision, strategy, and roadmap. Improve operational excellence through extensive use of data, metrics, and analytics.

- Reinforce a culture of accountability and excellence within the team, upgrade, mentor and retrain talent where necessary, and drive improved performance.

Qualifications :

The successful candidate for the Product Lead / Manager / Director - CX-Digital Payment, role will have a strong track record of product engineering / development leadership in a digital payment / financial services environment. You will bring extensive knowledge of the financial services industry landscape, ideally including some combination of treasury services, liquidity, FX, merchant services, commercial banking, and/or corporate payments. Experience developing market strategies, and an ability to understand industry trends in order to drive competitive advantage, are also important requirements of the role. Ideally, the successful candidate will also have experience of driving a transformation within a product engineering organization, redesigning the product engineering process to make it more systematic, solution-focused, and proactive. You should be a believer in digital and will be expected to advocate strongly for the necessary product enhancements to accelerate product growth.

Ideal Experience :

- 5-12+ years of product engineering/development leadership experience in digital payment services

- Experience in energy/municipalities and related industry is plus

- Proven people leadership experience

- Demonstrated track record of leading a 10+ person, cross-functional team across product specialists, implementation specialists and engineering teams

- Track record of driving product transformation and excellence

- Including establishing strong proactive processes that are metrics-driven and analytically managed, transforming organizational structures and talent models, and integrating digital and analog into unified product engineering / development strategies

- Proven experience in integrating digital into the overall product strategy
