Product Lead - Cross Border Payments/Trade Payments FinTech/Banking

Responsibilities:

- Deliver an integrated platform for Overseas Merchants to collect from Importers in India for goods and services.

- Develop the UI flows for Exporters across good and services to have seamless experience with document reporting, receipt of funds and associated compliance.

- Achieve a platform-based capability to undertake diligence and reporting, as required under Foreign Trade Policy and applicable regulatory guidelines.

- Develop the product offering with partner banks with a clear objective to digitize cross-border trade workflow and provide a best-in-class platform for enterprise to mid-sized merchants.

- Engage with internal stakeholders - Product, Compliance, Legal and Operations to develop new products and solutions with a focus on delivery, monitoring and overall success.

- Drive a consultative approach with client senior team, with attention to desired customer journey, applicable regulations and deep understanding of payment products and solutions.

- Track evolving regulations and payment systems in India and key focus markets to develop solutions that enhance success of our clients while minimizing implementation efforts.

Desired profile of the candidate:

- 10-14 years of relevant experience in Banking - Trade Product/ Sales.

- Led Trade Product/ Sales for Mid-Market/ Large Corporates MNCs/ Digital Marketplaces.

- Minimum 6 years of experience in Cross-border payments.

- Understanding of relevant regulatory frameworks/ guidelines in India and key global markets.

- Experience in managing execution with product, technology teams.

- Product experience in payments/ cash management is preferred.

- Goal focused with strong problem-solving skills.

- Strong analytical and communication skills.
