Key Result Areas:
- Supporting Actions
- Design and implementing the digital journey for Retail business
- Define the digital roadmap journey for the retail business starting from the Lead Management to Loan Origination system to Loan Management system
- Drive and implement digital capabilities across all facets of customer journeys
- Implement with LOS and LMS by on-boarding and working with the implementation partners
- Review of processes and practices employed across all channels and products of Retail Lending and identifying scope for digitization
- Evaluating the process interfaces and delivering the right digital solution
- Ensuring the delivery of best-in-class systems / apps for easing and automating the existing work flow
- Driving adoption of new technology and automation processes
- Large level strategic alliances and partnerships and drive cross-sell
- On-board large level strategic alliances (relevant for all lines of business, unsecured and secured retail business)
- Negotiate and close commercial arrangements with term sheet finalization and successfully on-board these partnerships
- Digitally on-board, wherever required, and track all metrics with these partnerships
- Separately track the P&Ls of these partnerships
- Drives the cross-sell agenda for the retail lending business. Responsible for driving the products per customer (PPC) agenda of the organization by setting up and driving the pre-approved programs, identifying synergies within the ABG ecosystem tapping their customers to increase the lending penetration
- Product Innovation and Development
- Define a detailed product vision and strategy roadmap for future product evolution based on market needs and opportunity available
- Drive product research with clear target customer segmentation and revenue potential analysis and works with sales team to develop a viable business case
- Manage all product related costs, fee structures and minimizes the revenue leakage possibilities in product design
- Constantly reviews the product basket and drive change for maximizing competitiveness and improving customer experience/ organizational profitability
- Set up an effective product training mechanism for the sales teams and channel partners for effective sales
- Define product pricing and channel costing for each customer segment and product segment and accordingly
- Oversee the development of product specifications in the IT systems, accounting systems and undertake necessary documentations for process notes, approval matrix, etc. for the same
