About our Client - Our client is a worldwide leader in the pharmaceutical industry having a global presence. They have aggressive growth plans for India and want to become market leaders within the service portfolio they cater to. They are looking for a Product Launch Manager for their Oncology portfolio.

Job Description - Reporting to the Director Marketing, the key accountabilities will be:

- Responsible for new product launches

- Responsible for making the strategic marketing, products and solutions plan and ensure right focus across all business units and plans for all stakeholders

- Develop the annual and three-year marketing and sales strategy for the assigned portfolio, plan for new launches and oversee implementation of plans maximizing the sales for the assigned portfolio, identifying new customer segments / product segments and enhancing the brand image

- Evaluate long, medium and short-term marketing plans and budgets to ensure all marketing costs are reviewed and controlled within agreed parameters and marketing spends are delivering positive ROI

The Successful Candidate - 8+ years of blended marketing and sales experience in the pharmaceutical industry

- Successfully launched products along with team management

- MBA/PGDBM in marketing preferably from a premier institute with exposure to advertising/brand management, direct marketing, PR, Corporate Communication, demand generation, pricing and marketing strategy

- Knowledge of business analytics

- Knowledge of marketing tools and techniques

- Knowledge of budgeting and tracking
