JD : Product Manager - CMS
KRA Product :
Discovery :
- Preparing product landscape through extensive research on market requirement, peer bank offering & the business potential from the new/upcoming products.
- Formulating product strategy end-to-end for the Bank.
- Designing & Developing the Product suite in coordination with various stakeholders i.e. IT, OPS, Compliance, Risk, Legal, external vendors etc.
Product Development :
- Preparing & finalising Product paper, Policy paper, Approval Note and Presentation to Committee/Management for requisite approval.
- Vendor evaluation: Managing Product Walkthrough sessions of Vendors & Project team.
- Post evaluation of the vendor, contribute towards BRD/FSD to define and finalise the requirements
Project Management :
- Spearhead Bank user group (Product> Ops> CPU) and Monitor project progress by regular tracking of the project and ensure adherence to the plan.
- Completing UAT as per plan and ensure timely deployment in coordination with UAT team/ IT/Ops.
Business Support :
Solutioning :
- Being creative in structuring deals and providing solutions for the customer
- Being responsive and addressing to any queries either from internal or external stakeholders within TAT
- Support the business team with Analytics
Product Training :
- Helping users/stakeholders to understand the product/process
- Conducting regular Training (offline/online) for various user groups (internal/external)
Client Visits :
- Being enabler for Business growth of the CMS portfolio i.e. Revenue, CASA book, Cashflow routing & Mandates
- Facilitate key Client meetings along with Business RM/ BH across all business segments to resolve issues or accumulate feedback
Audit -
Compliance Risk :
- Closing Audit queries
- Adhering to Statutory guidelines & Committee recommendation within timeline
- Keep the risk controls of the Dept/ Unit within risk appetite of the Bank
Implementation Implementation :
- Managing Documentation amongst Client, Business team/ Branch and CPU.
- Product demonstration to Client on different products & services.
Customised Mandate :
- Understanding client/business requirement
- Liaison with IT/OPS to formulate BRD/FSD and UAT
- Ensure end-to-end delivery for the client
Customer Service :
- Servicing the clients on product & transaction related queries
- Coordinating with stakeholders (OPS, Managed Service, IT, Vendor) and ensure final resolution
Skillset required :
- Techno-Functional knowledge and experience in handling technology based Banking products & projects- Proficiency in Product development & Project management- Skillset to write Policy paper/Note/Circular
- Experience in query resolutions of Committee recommendation
- Presentation and interpersonal skill to manage multiple stakeholders, project team, business team, vendor, Clients
- Analytical and Problem solving mind
- Business analysis skillset to formulate requirements for BRD/FSD
- Client centric approach and Client onboarding experience on documentation, servicing and training
- Preferred product exposures in the following, NPCI products, Payment & Collection solutions, API open Banking/ H2H, e-NACH, Account aggregator, UPI, Acquiring solutions like PG/ EDC POS/ QR, MT940 customisation, E-RUPI prepaid vouchers, PFMS scheme disbursement, Digital/Automated Escrow application, e-Commerce/ e-Auction/Government Tender
