Role of Product Head:

- Product/Policy development (Existing & New)

- System development /integration in sync with products

- Preparing/Modifying payouts related to channels/Employee incentives inline with competition & floating of various motivational schemes for boosting volumes

- Managing RC limits for Used cars /CV /CE along with E-nach activation

- Tie-up with new partners for Co-lending/Corporate channel along with timely securitisation of existing portfolio

- Competition benchmarking from time to time to align ourselves with market and offerings

- Publishing/modifying Various MIS/Trackers/reports
