A. Position Purpose:
The role is to be a part of the Used Car team to work closely with the markets and sales teams in disseminating various initiates and drive business as per the budget parameters. It involves driving the Used Car Dealers and Aggregators against the budget set, garner more business, conduct sessions on the processes created, maintain portfolio quality.
B. Position Responsibilities:
1. Working towards achieving the financial target for Used Car business.
2. Working towards growing Used Car business and market share.
3. Work on developing end to end digital journey for used car
4. Onboarding used car aggregators and integrating the digital journey
5. Create SOP for all set requirements and get all requisite approvals as per the timelines.
6. Deal with all cross-sell partners (like insurance) and keep a track of revenues.
7. Monitoring and analysis of Used Car book for Retail to get warning signals and book performance.
8. Creating various communications and key notes for sales teams, customers, dealers, referrals on Used Car business and processes in detail.
9. Conducting monthly business analysis and regulating MIS to keep track of daily business
10. Interacting with various stake holders - internal and external to bring improvements.
11. Necessary to have complete understanding of various business analytic tools to implement and use the same in driving the above agenda
12. Necessary to have knowledge of Used Car business and P&L knowledge in order to successfully drive business.
