Job Description - As the Product Head for Unsecured Loans, you will be responsible for overseeing the development, management, and growth of the unsecured loans product portfolio. This role involves strategic planning, product development, as well as in-depth market analysis. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and executive leadership to drive the success of the unsecured loans business

- Product Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive product strategy for unsecured loans, aligning with the company's overall business goals and objectives.

- Product Development: Lead the end-to-end product development process, from ideation to launch, ensuring that products are competitive, compliant, and meet customer needs.

- Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and threats, and make data-driven decisions to refine and enhance product offerings.

- Risk Management: Collaborate with risk and compliance teams to establish robust risk assessment and management processes for unsecured loan products.

- Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of product managers, analysts, and other professionals, ensuring they are aligned with the product roadmap and company vision.

- Product Lifecycle Management: Continuously monitor and optimize product performance, making necessary adjustments to maximize profitability and customer satisfaction.

- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, credit, and technology, to ensure seamless product delivery and marketing campaigns.

- Regulatory Compliance: Stay updated on relevant regulatory changes and ensure that unsecured loan products remain compliant with all local and national regulations.

- Budget Management: Develop and manage the product department's budget, ensuring effective resource allocation.

Profile

- Minimum of 15 years of experience in product management, with a focus on unsecured loans or retail lending.

- Strong understanding of the financial services industry and lending products.

- Proven track record of successfully launching and managing financial products.

- Excellent leadership and team management skills.

- Exceptional analytical, strategic, and problem-solving abilities.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Knowledge of regulatory requirements for unsecured loans is a plus.

- Ability to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
