About our Client - Our client is a reputed Private Sector bank and has businesses across Retail, Corporate and Investment Banking. They have massive expansion plans across their Retail and Commercial banking divisions and are seeking experienced Product Head for their Unsecured Lending division.

Job Description - As the Head - Product, you will be reporting to the Business Head of Retail Assets and will be responsible for:

- Establishing, strengthening and streamlining the processes of sourcing, approvals and disbursement to improve efficiency of the product delivery to customers, and reduce costs of the unit

- Devising policies, developing suitable product tweaks and determining optimum pricing of products and services

- Driving the desired risk and compliant culture through appropriate analysis, reviews and discussions

- Strategizing for the business together with the senior team including the regional / national heads for Retail Assets

- Liaise with various delivery channels and operational areas to ensure quality services to Retail Assets clients

The Successful Candidate - You will be a MBA / CA with at least 15 years of experience in Retail Banking primarily in Unsecured Lending in a Product development role and should be currently in a Product Head role. Additionally, you would have in depth knowledge of Retail Lending businesses. You will have excellent written and verbal communication skills. You will have the ability to influence and drive stakeholders
