Responsibilities:


- Own and define the Flights product roadmap, aligning it with business goals and market trends.

- Develop and execute strategies to improve conversion rates, reduce drop-offs, and enhance the flight booking experience.

- Lead and optimize integrations with GDS systems (Amadeus, Sabre, Travelport, etc.) and direct airline API's.

- Ensure seamless fare fetching, seat selection, ancillaries, and booking workflows.

- Leverage SQL skills to analyze key metrics, identify trends, and drive data-backed decisions.

- Use product analytics tools like Mixpanel, WebEngage, Google Analytics (GA4), and GTM to track user behavior and funnel performance.

- Work on payment gateway integrations and ensure a frictionless checkout process.

- Implement and optimize payment orchestration tools to enhance success rates and reduce transaction failures.

- Drive SEO strategies to increase organic traffic and optimize landing pages for better visibility.

- Work closely with the marketing team to ensure best SEO practices for flight search, meta tags, and structured data.

- Monitor and enhance campaign performance with WebEngage and GTM.

- Work in an Agile development environment, ensuring efficient sprint planning and backlog management.

- Conduct backlog grooming, sprint planning, user story creation, and work closely with engineering teams for smooth execution.

- Collaborate with stakeholders (Engineering, UX, Marketing, Operations, and Business) to deliver high-impact solutions.


Skill Set Required:


- Flights Domain Expertise - Strong understanding of GDS systems (Amadeus, Sabre, Travelport), airline APIs, and NDC integrations.

- SQL & Data Analytics - Ability to write queries and analyze large datasets for decision-making.

- Product Analytics Tools - Hands-on experience with Mixpanel, WebEngage, Google Analytics (GA4), GTM.

- Payment Integrations - Experience in integrating payment gateways and payment orchestration tools.

- SEO & Growth - Strong knowledge of SEO best practices, keyword optimization, and structured data.


- B2C Product Experience - Prior experience in managing customer-facing web and mobile products in a B2C environment.

- Agile Development Practices - Proficiency in backlog management, sprint planning, user story writing, and working with engineering teams.
