Product Head - TPP - Capital Markets

Role & Responsibilities :

- Manage complete Product Lifecycle for development of TPP / Investment Products.

- Leading a team of product managers to drive the development of product, define product strategy, product roadmap, and further enhancement.

- Re-designing complete products customer journey, process changes and migration.

- Setup to new ensuring minimal impact, re-defining the product strategy for products.

- Responsible for defining the product vision with multiple first of its kind industry features.

- Designed and launched new product for users to invest in alternate investment products.

- Performing comprehensive competitor analysis and developed detailed product launch strategy and enhancing product features using customer data points.

- Liaising with multiple stakeholders i.e. Technology, Growth, Marketing, Customer Success, Operations and legal.

- Managing external stakeholders to create platform promotion and drive business initiatives for the products.

Desired Profile :

- Product Lead or Product Head who is managing the complete product development life cycle of TPP / Investment products i.e. Mutual Funds, Small Cases, Subscription, Insurance, loans, etc. on digital platforms.

- 10+ Years of experience in product development/management for Investments /Third Party Products.

- Good Functional & Technical Knowledge of Product Development.

- Preferred candidate from Broking/BFSI who works on Third Party Products.
