1. Design and align product roadmap for financial services product

2. Market intelligence, competitive benchmarking for identifying new innovations and internal differentiators

3. Lead design-thinking driven, customer-centric innovations

4. Design P&L Model & GTM strategy for the offerings

5. Setup, train and grow team of PMs for specific offerings

6. Sign-off on functional architecture, BRDs for identified offerings

7. Align & track release timelines in collaboration with PMs, engineering & support teams (design, QA, Infra etc.)

8. Work with design team and sign-off on final, validated, tested journey and UI designs, UX flows for all key product releases
