Position Overview:
As the Head of Product, you will play a pivotal role in driving the strategic direction and execution of product development for our portfolio companies in the Supply Chain and B2B E-commerce sectors. This is a senior-level position that requires a seasoned professional with a minimum of 12 years of total experience.
Responsibilities:
- Product Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive product strategies aligned with business objectives, ensuring a competitive edge in the market.
- Team Leadership: Lead and inspire cross-functional product teams, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
- Market Analysis: Stay abreast of industry trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform product roadmaps and identify new opportunities.
- Product Development: Oversee the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from ideation to launch, ensuring products meet or exceed market expectations.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with executive leadership, engineering, marketing, and sales teams to align product development with overall company goals.
- Financial Management: Manage product budgets effectively, making data-driven decisions to optimize resources and maximize ROI.

Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 12 years of total professional experience, with a significant portion dedicated to product management in Supply Chain or B2B E-commerce.

- Strategic Thinker: Demonstrated ability to think strategically and translate strategies into actionable plans.
