Product Head Business Banking (SME)
Job Purpose :
This role is instrumental in ensuring that customer first ethos of the bank are adhered to when engaging with Business Banking customers of the bank. The Product Head Business Banking is expected to ensure a competitive product offering differentiated by superior digital client experience.
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Launch, manage and drive penetration of Business Banking product in the customer base of bank
- Understand business banking customer segments, their requirements, competition, regulatory and tech environment.
- Excellent Product knowledge across all elements of BBG & have a 360 degree view of the market, strong in risk management skills, ability to have foresight on portfolio direction, loss estimates and how to control the same.
- Ensure a competitive product offering differentiated by superior digital client experience.
- Work closely with the policy and credit team to ensure a strong Business Banking portfolio.
- Work closely with the analytics and marketing to identify Business Banking opportunities in the banks customer base.
- Engage with the digital and campaigns to launch pre-approved Business Banking offers for bank customers
Managerial & Leadership :
- Leading a team of product managers
- Training and up skilling the team
- Ensuring sales supports to distribution channels
- Ensuring quality of portfolio through regular reviews and risk assessments
