Product Head - SaaS Service

Responsibilities:

- Lead a team of high performing product managers to develop and own an overarching product strategy as well as the roadmaps within each respective service area. Partner closely with sales, engineering and marketing to gain and balance inputs from all stakeholder to fully inform product direction

- Own the product development process. Optimize the methodology, tools and cadence of releases to meet customer expectations

- Define the success metrics and measure the product and development organization accordingly

- Evangelize the product internally with Marketing, Sales and Customer Success as well as externally with customers

- Partner with Product Marketing on launches and sales collateral and other technical information required to support outbound marketing and sales activities

Qualifications:

- 6+ years of product management experience for a SaaS service with at least 4 years of direct line management responsibilities. Mobile and analytics experience highly desirable

- Demonstrated ability to ship enterprise-grade products for B2B SaaS companies including management of the entire product development lifecycle

- Demonstrated ability to organize, lead and develop high-performance teams.

- BS in Computer Science or equivalent technical experience. MBA from leading strongly program preferred

- Exceptional written and verbal communications skills. Demonstrated ability to interface at multiple levels of an organization and across functional groups to clearly articulate priorities and deliverables

- Exceptional analytical skills

- Start-up experience a plus
