Role : Product Head

Reporting : CEO

Location : Noida

Experience : 10-15 years

Who we are looking at hiring -

- An individual who can lead by example and work on building innovative products for the organization. You should have a keen interest in digital space - both internet and mobile and have an experience of being part of a high growth set-up.

- Someone who should able to drive and launch the current features under development swiftly and flawlessly and should be able to look beyond the obvious and come up with path breaking products which would help the end user and clients.

- Someone who can conceptualize new products which could potentially provide alternate streams of revenue & prove to be category growth drivers.

- An individual who is perceptive towards dynamic consumers- preferences, their pain areas and their behaviour on the site.

- Someone who has the adaptability to work in an entrepreneurial and dynamic culture and can work on building innovative products for the organization.

- Min 12-15 years experience in product roles with a minimum of 6 years in the consumer internet space.

Key role attributes :

- Manage a team of product and UI specialists

- Launch the current features under development within preset timelines

- Look beyond the obvious and come up with path breaking products which would be helpful for the user.

- Manage all aspects of site; deliver highly scalable, usable and differentiated products.

- High degree of sensitivity on improving consumer experience / usability of the site.

- Driving creation of new / next-gen platforms

Desired attributes in the candidates :

- Keen eye towards understanding consumers, their pain areas and their behavior on the site.

- Strong product definition skills. Exceptional Problem solving skills.

- Understanding of mobile technology and ability to manage and drive teams hard to performance

- Work in an entrepreneurial kind of culture

- Appreciation of tech architecture

- Should be currently managing a website with traffic - 5 Million per month

Soft Skills :

- Strong demonstrated performance in previous organizations. If you have built a winning product, with scale, in a highly competitive context, that would be a huge plus.

- High level of personal competence

- Ability to juggle multiple tasks and work on stiff deadlines. Burn midnight oil if required!

- Excellent written and verbal communication skill.
