Product Head - NRI Business
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Own the overall product and strategy for achieving NRI Business growth numbers
- Lead and manage the Product and Strategy team to deliver on business objectivess Acquisition and Activation
- Design, build and continuous improvement of best-in-class DIY onboarding journey (only bank to do so)
- Developing the best in class product features and value proposition for the Non-resident Indian customer
- Continuous assessment of acquisition funnel, identifying and prioritizing initiatives by business impact and execute the end-to-end product strategy from inception
- Collaborate with Channel, digital, Engineering, Applications and other stakeholders to build and run acquisition journeys that deliver business objectives
- Lead conversion rate optimization on the acquisition journeys to increase customer acquisition
- Work with different bank functional teams (Eg. CorpSA, Education Loan, CA) to acquire NRI customers from their base
- Design and optimize the account opening flow and processes at bank to improve TAT and first-time-right ratio
- Define and build activation journeys and metrics, track meticulously and continuously improve to drive activation and cross-sell
- Champion the adoption of high quality market intelligence and data analytics to promote product, solution and sales effectiveness in line with the banks growth/profitability objectives Portfolio Management
- Consistently analyze the non-resident customer portfolio and derive insights on its health and performance across channels, segments, geographies, etc
- Develop and execute strategies for portfolio growth by closely collaborating with Channel, Field, Operations, Digital, Engineering and other stakeholders
- Assess trends and customer behavior using analytics to identify, analyze and implement new innovations
- Build products and process for delivering a world-class experience to NRI customers
- Ensure high service availability and turnaround times for all portfolio related processes and systems
- Empower channel and field teams with intelligence and tools to enhance their portfolio management capabilities Core Product and Compliance
- Own the NR product offering and define its value proposition and GTM
- Disrupt the thinking on NR value proposition by conducting ethnographic research on target base and building truly differentiated offering
- Act as a NR product expert for the Bank and it's Leadership
- Ensure adherence to all internal and regulatory requirements and reporting
