Product Head - Mortgages

- Responsible for achieving the assigned target of mortgage business (home loans/LAP/OD)

- To review the processes related to DMA channel (recruitment, pay out, code creation etc)and suggest improvements for better TAT and minimal escalations

- Coordinate with internal stake holders (Operations, Process, Product, Sales) to ensure that the DMAs get a better experience.

-Share and drive the various performance reports like DMA recruitment, activation, business with the stake holders.

- Manage the overall Channel cost by altering the product and profile mix of business sourced from the DMAs

- Study and implement the best market practices related to DMAs like recruitment process, pay out process etc.

- Generate more revenue by cross selling other products through DMA channel
