Responsibilities:

- Lead the development and implementation of the Micro LAP product strategy in alignment with the company's vision and goals.

- Identify market opportunities and conduct comprehensive market research to understand customer needs and trends specific to Micro LAP.

- Design and frame the product, and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and technology, to gather input and prioritize product features.

- Conduct competitive analysis to stay abreast of industry trends and identify opportunities for differentiation in the Micro LAP market.

- Develop and maintain a Micro LAP product roadmap, defining timelines, milestones, and deliverables, and build the distribution network across India.

- Drive the Micro LAP product development process from ideation to launch, including requirement gathering, design, testing, and post-launch analysis.

- Structure the team, monitor, and analyze Micro LAP product performance at each level, making data-driven recommendations for improvements
