- The role will be responsible in formulating the strategy for enhancing overall customer engagement through the use of bank wide rewards and loyalty program.
- Understanding customer expectations, developing customer loyalty programs and plans accordingly and creating a quality customer experience.
- Develop and implement strategies that helps in growth of transactions/ engagement with the existing customer base
- Build and manage customer experience campaigns across business verticals
- Manage the process, regulatory compliance and audit for the loyalty function.
- Develop executive summaries and recommendations of direct marketing program for better customer experience initiatives
- Lead customer engagement through cross sell campaigns
- Encourage team to develop and maintain partnerships with different stakeholders along with guiding team for better customer relationship
Desired Skill Sets:
- Understanding of loyalty domain with 12-18 years of experience in managing Loyalty portfolio.
- Broad knowledge of business banking products
- In depth knowledge in a different mode of advertisements and promotions
- Set clear goals for the strategy and ensures its correct and timely execution
- Does Long term coaching of developing people and anticipates, plans to all types of team dynamics
- Lead the customer loyalty points, rewards and promotional campaigns
- Deals firmly and promptly with different partners and strategies promotions and advertisement for customer experience programs
