Product Head - Life Insurance

We have an opening for the position of a Product Head - Life Insurance with a leading private sector bank in Mumbai.

Key Responsibilities :

- Drive central marketing campaigns/contests and manage market roll out to ensure ground execution and subsequent tracking across all segments

- Conducting and organizing various training initiatives for the pan India sales team on the concept of Life Insurance and sales pitch.

- Content In-charge of the Life Insurance section on the internal & external webpages.

- Responsible for driving sales of Life Insurance through various channels within the Bank.

- Responsible for National MIS and revenue numbers

- Developing and implementing sales strategies for the LI business across all channels.

Requirements :

- Extensive experience & understanding of Life Insurance

- 12-15 years of relevant experience. Product experience would be preferred
