Role and Responsibilities:
1. Driving Innovation & Development of new products by identifying new opportunities & requirements for retail liabilities - Current Account, Savings account, Term deposits, NR Business, Debit Cards.
2. Constant Review and bench marking of the existing products with the market needs as well as competition banks so that the product offering is as per the market requirement
3. Driving these products through various channels
a. Acquisition strategy development for branch and sales network to meet financial targets
b. Sales through alternate Channels like ATM's, Internet
c. Introduce innovative ways to reach out to customers to increase acquisition
4. Driving retail liabilities sales via Institutional sales
5. Challenge existing work flows/processes and continuously make improvements
6. To recruit and/ or manage a team of product managers/ executives to support and enable sales force across the bank in acquiring quality customers
7. Responsible for compliance to regulations, internal policies and procedures
Essential Requirements:
- Should have product development/ product launch experience in retail liabilities.
- Should be able to Leveraging technology as a force multiplier for business benefits Should have strong experience in driving business through optimization of various distribution
- Should have strong experience in driving business through optimization of various distribution channels
