Profile:

A successful 'Product Head - Large Appliances' should have:

- 10 years of overall experience

1. Industry Experience:

- Relevant Experience: Candidates with a strong background in the appliance industry or related fields. Experience with built-in appliances, consumer electronics, or home goods is particularly valuable.

- Technical Knowledge: A good understanding of product design, engineering, and manufacturing processes specific to built-in appliances is crucial.

2. Leadership and Team Management

- Team Leadership: Proven ability to lead, motivate, and manage cross-functional teams, including design, engineering, marketing, and sales.

- Collaboration Skills: Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively with other departments and external stakeholders.
