Product Head - Kitchen Appliance

Our client is a leading Domestic Appliances Brand in South India and is looking for a Product Head for one of the small kitchen appliances.

Responsible for managing P&L, Pricing, Growth and Business Plan for a Small Kitchen /Domestic Appliance category

Key Responsibilities included :

- Accountable for introducing new products to market by analyzing proposed product requirements & market trends.

- Preparing return-on-investment analyses and leading cross-functional projects to launch new products

- Planning and executing promotional campaigns by collaborating with CRM and Marketing

- Owning the complete product life cycle & ensuring category profitability as per the defined top-line and bottom-line targets.

-Facilitating inventory turnover and product availability by reviewing and adjusting inventory levels.

- Determining product pricing across different sales channels (GT, MT, and E-Commerce) by utilizing market research data.

- Strategic vendor management involving identification and negotiations with vendors to get the best deals.

- Accountable for introducing new products by extensively traveling across the markets, analyzing customer needs and gaps in existing product portfolio in line with the competition
