Role
This person would be leading the US product team which consists of product managers, product analysts, UX leads, designers & researchers.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the team and be the flag bearer of the product team.
- Create & execute product roadmaps based on customer needs, business requirements and industry trends.
- Formulate and strategize product initiatives, ruthlessly prioritize initiatives backed by data & vision and enable the team to achieve product monetization and engagement goals.
- Mentor the team and help them to remove any blockers in the execution.
- Build the product team by actively participating in hiring, skill development, tool procurement to improve team effectiveness.
- Engage top management by providing product updates, provide inputs including but not limiting to product-led growth.
- Ensure timely release of products with high quality.
- Define success metrics, enable teams to take data-backed decisions, and move independently with minimal supervision.
- Closely collaborate with the engineering directors to ensure a high-quality product development.
Requirements
Must have
- Experience leading a team to drive large-scale product impact. At least 3 years of team management experience with an overall experience of 8+ years.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Experience in stakeholder management, prioritization, identifying trade-offs, and shipping successful products at scale.
