Role & Responsibility :
- Responsible for Product & Experience - personalised commerce and consumer engagement business
- Key owner of product vision, roadmap, implementation and experience including product management with an emphasis on best-in-class user experience
- Responsible for designing and implementing the consumer experience and journeys
- Drive market and consumer understanding through research and analytics
- Use the consumer understanding and insights to continuously drive product improvements that will deliver value to consumers and drive greater user engagement
- Drive the overall plan for partnership on-boarding experience.
- Deliver partner product and interfaces to meet business objectives.
- Understand various partner types and develop partner onboarding, their user acquisition and engagement flows Understand and optimise the user journey for various consumer segments, from acquisition to activation, engagement and monetisation
YEARS OF EXPERIENCE : 10-12 YEARS
Candidate Qualification and skill sets :
- BE/ BTech and MBA
- 10+ years of experience in product management or consumer experience across tech product platforms (web apps, mobile apps, AI)
- Last 3-5 years in Head role with complete ownership of product design, launch and engagement including UI, UX.
- Able to clearly define product vision and design strategy aligned with business goals
- Experience with design thinking a plus
- Experience with scaled consumer app rollout with over 20 million installs a plus
